2. Description of Service
VedicWisdom.ai (a product of Sparknet Technologies LLP) provides AI-powered Vedic astrology services including Kundali chart generation, compatibility matching, AI consultations, and connections to professional astrologers. Our services are for informational and entertainment purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Disclaimer of Astrological Advice
VedicWisdom AI provides astrological information for educational and entertainment purposes only. Our services, including AI-generated readings and astrologer consultations, should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other licensed professional field. Astrological readings are based on traditional Vedic principles and AI interpretation. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions.
5. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services. Digital Kundali reports once generated are non-refundable. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced. Contact support@vedicwisdom.ai for refund requests.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Harass, abuse, or harm another person • Submit false or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Use our AI for malicious purposes
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of VedicWisdom AI are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VedicWisdom AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
