Subscription Plans

Digital Reports

Kundali reports and PDF downloads are non-refundable once generated and delivered, as they are personalised digital products created specifically for you.

Astrologer Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced. If a session could not be completed due to technical issues on our platform, you will receive a full refund or session credit.

Physical Products (Store)

Physical products like gemstones, Rudraksha, and Yantras may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@vedicwisdom.ai with your order ID and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
